This Sunday night, November 6, I'll have these vintage dresses up for auction on eBay for 10 days. Click on the photos to enlarge them. My auctions will be open to bidders worldwide and you'll find them at favouritevintagefinds. See my eBay feedback here.
These dresses are from a collection of Gunne Sax and Gunne Sax style dresses I've had squirrelled away. I'm having a destash of my vintage clothing and accessories, and as much as I love these dresses, it's time for me to part with them. All of these dresses are from the 70's, are in excellent condition, and are clean and ready to wear. Photos taken in natural light.
The peach dress above is Renaissance inspired. Label: Gunne Sax by Jessica San Francisco. Could be worn as a wedding dress. Cotton blend voile fabric. Bodice and skirt lined with acetate. Sheer unlined sleeves. Lace accents. Faux pearl buttons. Tie back waist. Size M - L.
This dress is also Renaissance inspired. Label: This is Yours San Francisco. Cotton blend voile fabric. Bodice and skirt lined with acetate. Sheer unlined flared sleeves. Lace, ribbon and crochet accents. Corset style bust. Tie back waist. Size S - M.
Again Renaissance inspired, no doubt this cream dress could be worn as a wedding dress. Label: Gunne Sax by Jessica San Francisco. Lace all over and acetate lined bodice and skirt. Sheer unlined sleeves. Accented with applique flowers and ribbon. Size S - M.
I can see Anne of Green Gables in this Victorian inspired dress. Label: Gunne Sax by Jessica San Francisco. Cotton blend voile fabric. Bodice and skirt lined with acetate. Sheer unlined sleeves. Lace and ribbon accents. Faux pearl buttons. Elaborate lace bib and high neck collar. Tie back waist. Size S.
This cream dress is Renaisance inspired. Label: Gunne Sax by Jessica San Francisco. No doubt this one could be worn as a wedding dress too. Cotton blend voile fabric. Bodice and skirt lined with acetate. Sheer lace sleeves. Lace and ribbon accents. Faux pearl buttons. Tie back waist. Size XS.
I said in my previous post that I was going to be auctioning six dresses this Sunday, but there will be five as I decided to keep one. :)
Next week photos and details of the vintage maxi skirts, handbags and scarf I'll have up for auction on eBay next Sunday night, November 13. For sneak peaks see my previous post Auction Sneak Peaks.
Hope everyone is having a great week! See you next week! :)
