Dreaming Playing and Creating

Just look at this gorgeous room! It's the dreaming, playing and creating space of Lynn Barron - talented crafter, artist and writer of the magical blog Sea Angels.

Lynn created this delightful curtain from vintage machine made cotton lace. The butterflys are made from a mixed selection of cotton fabrics from damaged vintage aprons.

Another fine example of clever upcycling, Lynn created this lovely blouse from a damaged vintage handmade tablecloth.

On occasion Lynn sells her creations on her blog. One day she may open an Etsy shop...no doubt there are many (me included) dreaming of the day she does!

Enjoy the rest of your week my dears! See you next week! :)

  1. I dream of having a space like that instead of having to make things at a kitchen table that is covered with the detritus that comes with having a very untidy husband and son! M x

  9. AHH I love the serenity... I'm always shifting things around in my studio hoping to get that soothing beautiful look, but I love color and piles of stuff too much, haha! I always dream of 50 more square feet but know I will just fill it up with color and piles of stuff. :)
